Amarillo Cleaning Inc. values your home and appreciates your business. For both the protection of our customers and our company, please read the following Policies and Terms.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule your cleaning service, we require at least 24 hours notice.
Once we confirm you appointment, we hold that time slot open for you in order to ensure your timeframe. If your cleaning service appointment is not cancelled 24 hours in advance you will be responsible for 50% of your regular cleaning service price.
We want you to be 100% satisfied, which is why we offer a 24-Hour Guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your cleaning service for any reason, please contact us within 24 hours of your cleaning and we will refund your payment.
Loss and Damage
Amarillo Cleaning Inc. is willing to pay for damage caused by any negligence on our part. In this instance we will need pictures of the item, a price from a reliable source or original receipt and a written statement explaining what happened and how our service provider was involved. If an item is damaged due to lack of proper support (ie: unstable shelving, improperly supported table or items in disrepair) we will not assume responsibility. If you have any items that are of great value or that you consider to be irreplaceable please have them put away before we arrive.
